The Graduate Trainee Programme is an I.T./digital skills training that leads to a variety of employment pathways in the I.T. industry. The training is an integrated programme designed to promote continuous learning and development that will enhance skills, open up job prospects, and lead to industry credentials. The focus is on university graduates in Ghana who have completed their mandatory national service. The training programme is designed to be completed onsite. It is full-time with a mix of instructor-led sessions and self-paced learning modules. Learners will also be provided with a monthly stipend to facilitate their learning.

Daily sessions on specialized topics such as data structures and algorithms, design patterns, software architecture, design techniques cater to the unique requirements of each specialization.
Self-study & Assessments offer flexibility for learners to progress at their own speed and reinforce their understanding.
Small group check-ins/check-outs encourage peer interaction, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
Weekly 1:1 Feedback Sessions provide personalized guidance and support from instructors and mentors
