Digital Education for Children & Teens

In light of advancing digital literacy, AmaliTech is convinced that equipping kids at early ages with digital skills and setting them on the right path toward technological exploration is vital for their future careers.  Coding for Kids is an initiative born in 2021 in collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages, Ghana. The project has been tailored purposely to provide digital skills training in primary coding languages to children between the ages of 9 and 14 years. In the meantime, the coding literacy programme has been rolled out to selected public and private schools in Ghana and Rwanda.

“C4K offers immense benefits to students and the community. By introducing children to coding, it nurtures their curiosity and fosters constructive exploration. Through coding, they develop problem-solving skills and cognitive abilities, while engaging in fun projects. This no only enriches their personal growth but also contributes to the community’s progress by keeping them engaged in meaningful activities.

Diversity – Girls and Women in Tech

AmaliTech is committed to advancing gender equality within the industry. Our Women in Tech Empowerment Programme is central to our commitment to bridging the gender gap in IT, focusing on raising awareness and inspiring girls from an early age to explore opportunities in tech. The programme includes initiatives such as women-only coding bootcamps and career orientation days for girls, which are designed to equip them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to thrive in the tech industry.

By encouraging young girls and women to venture into tech and providing them with the necessary support and training, we aim to significantly increase the representation of women in IT and drive meaningful change in the sector.

Promoting Tech Inclusivity for Persons with Disabilities

People with Disabilities (PWDs) have historically been marginalized and excluded from many sectors, including the tech industry.

AmaliTech is committed to changing this by empowering PWDs through focused training, support, and inclusivity initiatives.
