UI/UX Design
The Foundation Curriculum introduces learners to design principles, user experience, and essential design tools. The Advanced phase then expands their skillset, covering interaction design, motion design, and advanced prototyping techniques, enabling them to create sophisticated and engaging user experiences.
Eligibility
Option 1
A tertiary degree or HND in any STEM field
At least one year of experience demonstrable through a portfolio of UI/UX design projects (personal, academic, or professional) showcasing:
User interface design skills
User-experience design skills
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Option 2
Any other tertiary degree or diploma.
At least two years of experience in UI/UX design demonstrable through a strong portfolio showcasing:
User interface design skills
User-experience design skills
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Demonstrable understanding of UX principles and methodologies
May include relevant online courses, boot camp certifications, or self-directed learning experiences
The Application Process
ONLINE APPLICATION
All applicants must complete an online registration form with personal information, resume, certifications, portfolio.
ONLINE ASSESSMENT
Complete the design aptitude test within a week, assessing your knowledge of design principles, UX research, and design tools.
Shortlisting
Shortlisting is based on applicant’s score in the assessment and profile against the eligibility criteria.
Interviews for shortlisted candidates
The 60-minute interview will assess your skills and explore your career goals and contributions to AmaliTech.
Final Decision
You’ll receive a final decision within 2 weeks, based on your application quality, assessment score, and interview feedback.
