Content & SEO Specialist
Location: Hybrid work model;

Job Description
We are looking for a Content & SEO Specialist to support the continued growth and effectiveness of AmaliTech’s blog content, search visibility, and content performance. This role focuses on managing and optimising the internal blog platform and website content and supporting SEO and analytics efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Marketing team, collaborating across departments to turn internal knowledge and programme insights into clear, engaging, and discoverable content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AmaliTech’s internal blog platform, including reviewing, editing, and publishing employee-contributed articles
- Engage and encourage employees across teams to contribute content and thought pieces
- Produce written content when needed to support campaigns, internal knowledge sharing, or time-sensitive initiatives
- Apply on-page SEO best practices and keyword optimisation across blog and website content
- Conduct basic keyword research and update content to improve search discoverability
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide insights and improvement recommendations
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns where required
- Collaborate with Ghana and Global Marketing teams to align content with recruitment, employer branding, and sales priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, SEO, or web content optimisation
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and basic SEO tools
- Familiarity with Google Ads
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus
