The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme, supported by DEG Impulse, is a structured pathway for building and advancing careers in software development and data engineering. Delivered as one programme with three progressive levels, it combines structured upskilling, mentorship, and real-world project exposure in modern technologies, preparing apprentices for international delivery standards and full-time roles.

Eligibility criteria

The Application Process

SCREENING AND SHORTLISTING

Screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates based on minimum eligibility criteria.​

IN PERSON ASSESSMENT

Shortlisted candidates are then contracted to take a computer-based test. We will be testing the existing programming skills.​

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS

Next is a face-to-face interview at our site. This interview can also be done online depending on the current circumstances.​
