App Marketing Assistant (National Service Person)
Location: Boundary Rd, Accra, Ghana
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Description
AmaliTech is seeking a creative National Service Person to join our Marketing team and support our marketing efforts for one of our innovative applications. As an NSP, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies to grow user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the app. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to bring the app’s value to life and build a strong user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user comments and messages on our new app, while moderating discussions to maintain a vibrant and respectful community.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and in-app promotions aimed at increasing user acquisition and engagement.
- Track and report app performance metrics, user activity, and engagement trends.
- Collaborate with the development and support teams to enhance the user experience and implement feature improvements.
- Contribute creative ideas for content, engagement strategies, and growth initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Passion for mobile apps, technology, and digital media.
- Strong passion for digital marketing and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and produce compelling content.
